Hearty Soups & Stews 2/16/2017 Posted on February 15, 2017
Susan Glassman returns to the Oglesby Library on Thursday, February 16, 2017, from 5:30-6:30 PM with another great-tasting informational program. Program includes a slide presentation, free recipes, soup garnishes food demonstration, and recipe sample.
Soup is nutritious and generally inexpensive to prepare – many delicious soups start with last night’s dinner. Great soup starts with creating layers of flavor. It warms you up from the inside out on a cold winter night.
Enjoy learning about soup terms, stocks, and the many nutritious benefits of soup at the Oglesby Library!
