Chicago native chef Michael Niksic rolls into the library bringing with him a boatload of fun, information, and savory ample servings from his e-book “Hearty & Healthy Polish Cooking.” His decades of food service experience along with some choices from his book in progress “Fish Fear My Name” will also be shared this evening.
